Diploma in Physical Education Sciences (2009), degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (2011) and two Masters, in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (2012) and in Human Nutrition (2014) from the University of Granada and PhD with international mention from the University of Granada (2017). FPU postgraduate fellow (2013-2017) and postdoctoral fellow by the Plan Propio of the University of Granada (2018), both enjoyed in the Department of Physiology of the University of Granada. Active staff of the Research Group "Physiological impact of oxidative stress, sport, physical activity and health" of the Junta de Andalucía since 2010. His line of research focuses on the area of sport physiology, more specifically on the study of new physiological mechanisms, muscular, cardiovascular and skeletal adaptations in training and acute exercise, focused on improving performance and health benefits. Author or co-author of 26 scientific articles and has participated in a total of 19 communications at conferences. In addition, he has been awarded the extraordinary prize for the best record of his promotion both in the Diploma in Physical Education Sciences (2006-09) and in the Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (2006-2011), both prizes awarded by the University of Cadiz and Granada, respectively.
